Hero Arts - Cameo

I made this set of 3 cards a few weeks ago but didn't get around to blogging them - mainly because I planned to make another 3 but in pink, which I've yet to do :( for a wee gift set.
Anyway, I was inspired by a cameo necklace that my mother had...
I've heat embossed one of each of the Hero Arts - Three Silhouettes LP195 onto patterned kanban card with detail white embossing powder then layered them up using nesties ovals and scallop ovals. And of course I just had to use my favourite thing - corrugated kraft card, and some blue grosgrain ribbon.
Nice and quick - just need to do the pink ones to make up the set now

Can you believe it's the last day of February already? obviously 2011 is gonna fly by!
I have some exciting news - come back tomorrow to find out what
And don't forget to enter the Promarker Blending Pairs Competition - closes today

I've had my eye on this stamp set but wouldn't have thought to stamp them white as cameos. They're lovely.

This is an amazing idea - tremendous use of those stamps - I've been puzzling ever since you bought them what to do with those - perfect answer & so so stylish. Love your layering & the kraft cardstock is just outstanding with that pale blue. Congrats on winning some of the Sassy stamps in the hop too.
Much love

These cards are gorgeous! I love the papers and colours. They remind me of Wedgewood.

I don't know if you use a Cricut but I love my Heritage cart. It has beautiful silhouettes and cameos. It's my new bestest fav!!! :)
