Looking back and looking forward

Well, it's the last day of the year and it's been eventful.
I thought I'd take a quick look back over my favourite cards each month from 2010 - I did this last year and I know a lot of my crafty chums also do it. So this is what I did in 2010

So that's my 2010 in cards - would love to see yours, just leave a link and I'll pop over and have a nosey.
So to you all, have a happy, healthy and prosperous new year when it comes, see you all in 2011 and see what it brings.

Passion for Promarkers #37 - All Creatures Great & Small

This week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers is an absolute cracker and it shouldn't be hard for everyone to join in. The fabulous Sarah has chosen "All Creatures Great & Small" as a theme and you can use any colours of promarkers to take part. I'm reliably informed that the theme includes all sorts of animals, fish, insects, birds and even mythical beasts like my cute as a button Baby Dragon.

This week you can win a pack of 5 promarkers kindly donated by

But you have to be in it, to win it!!

So here's my DT card for this week, I thought I'd make a new baby card just for a change. A friend of mine was due towards the end of January, and she's expecting a baby boy, so I thought I'd get the card made ahead of time just for a change.

Image: Baby Dragon from High Hopes, coloured with promarkers: Blue Pearl, Bluebell, China Blue, Caramel, Cocoa & Umber
Kraft cardstock and Bashful Blue Designer Series papers from Stampin' Up, ribbon, safety pin and buttons from stash
I used a MS punch for the scallop dot edges.

Here's the wee cutie's close-up...
So, if you're not yet inspired (or even if you are) pop on over to PfP and have a look at the fab samples the DT have made for you - as always they are fabulous. We look forward to seeing all your entries
