Start of the Teacher Gifts

Seeing as the kids only have 2 and a half weeks left of school, I thought I better get cracking with the teacher's gifts. I have 10 to make; 2 nursery nurses, a student nursery nurse, 2 nursery teachers for Faith, 2 teachers and a SFL assistant for Willow and a teacher and a SFL assistant for Scott.
I knew exactly what I wanted to make for them all - I saw this fab tutorial for a tealight gift box on the Simply Sassy inspiration blog. So here is my trial run...
Image: Hippy Chick from Sugar Nellie, coloured with promarkers
papers are Basic Grey - Indian Summer, Hero Arts greeting, Tim Holtz memo pin, satin ribbon from stash.
white card from The Papeterie
I'd like to enter this into
Simply Sassy tutorial challenge
Simon Says Stamp Challenge - bingo, shape, ribbon, sentiment
Totally Gorjuss - flowers
Stamp Something - punches (punched scallop circles)
Totally papercrafts - summer

Gorgeous card Debz. I love Hippy Chick :) Should really get moving on the teacher's cards myself - although I've only got 3 to do which compared to yours seems quite small! :) Susan xx

Stunning colours - love the warmth. Am going to fiddle about with papers & ProMarkers & Copics. You comment about the Copic graininess in comparison to PMs made quite a difference. Thanks for that.
