Excursion to Edinburger

Well, I am still aching from yesterday's wee jaunt to Edinburgh -I do have an excuse though, in case you don't know, I have bilateral hip dysplasia which has resulted in osteo-arthritis in both hips - my right is far worse than my left though. Anyway, moving swiftly on, because I don't want any sympathy. There weren't a huge amount of stalls at the Artstamps Exhibition, but it was incredibly busy, and I still bought plenty lol. I took a list of things I really wanted and I managed to get about half of it, so I'm happy.

The best bit about it though was meeting some bloggy buddies. Lainy and Manda met me from the train, and then we met Fiona and her chums while we were there. In fact it was really weird how I met Fi; I got chatting to this lady outside and she mentioned that she was from near Peterhead and and that she'd had to get up really early to drive to Ellon where she was getting a lift with a couple of friends. So I asked if it happened to be Fiona she was going to, and yup it was lol

So those were all the goodies I bought, I was a bit disappointed with one of the exhibitors who was billed as specialising in punches, but only turned up with these wee 5-in-1 punches. I had been hoping for a far bigger range so that I could buy some retro flower punches - but nae luck! So have ordered from Craft Obsessions instead.

Well looks like the lack of stalls didn't prevent you from adding to your stash ... lots of sticky lace ribbons in evidence and the new promarkers were predicted of course LOL!
