Passion for Promarkers - challenge #4 - Berry Red and Royal Blue

Well this week has been a huge challenge for me at Passion for Promarkers with the colours Berry Red and Royal Blue - but then what is a challenge if you're not being challenged??

The DT have all done fabulous cards for this week and its great to see how everyone has done something a wee bit different. Please go check out the rest of the DT's blogs and give them some love.

This week's prize sponsor is the fabulous

who are giving away the beautiful Princess Emma stamp as the prize this week

I couldn't make up my mind which image to use for my card, so I settled on using 3 of the Gorjuss Girls, 2 from set #1 and 1 from set #2.

Images: Purrfect Friend (minus the cat), Little Miss Attitude and Just A Girl, from the Gorjuss Girls Collection at Sugar Nellie coloured with Promarkers:

Blue Gorjuss Girls: Royal Blue, Warm Grey 1 and 3 for shading, Ivory & Blush for skin, Sandstone, Cinnamon, Cocoa and Umber for hair

Red Gorjuss Girls: Berry Red, Warm Grey 1 and 3 for shading, Ivory & Blush for skin, Sandstone, Cinnamon, Cocoa and Umber for hair

Highlighted areas using Sakura white Gelly Roll Med pen

Patterned Papers are both CCSR The Big One, plain black cardstock mat was cut using Fiskars Threading Water border punch.

White paper lace ribbon from Kars, coloured with Royal Blue promarker to co-ordinate

The red flowers were cut from the black and white CCSR polka dot paper using the EK Success retro flower punch and coloured with Berry Red promarker, a smalled flower cut with the smaller EKS retro flower punch and a tiny royal blue button added. I also inked the edges of the flowers.

The black gems are Prima Say It In Crystals, and finally the greeting is Daisy & Dandelion

Here are some close ups to see the colouring...

We'd love to see you have a try with this colour combination, so hop on over to the Passion for Promarkers Blog for all the details
