WOYWW & Promarker Storage

Yup, I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon that is WOYWW! I've been meaning to join in for ages, but quite frankly my workdesk has been a disgrace, and...... today is no different and I've got to the point where I'm not worried lol

So this is the bloody mess I call a desk, right after I finished my MIL birthday card...
So there's loads of stuff there, stuff from cards that I can't show you yet, and stuff that I have plans for - complete chaos, what can I say.

And so that you don't think I'm a complete disorganised wench, I thought I'd show you my fabby promarker storage. I got the idea from Nicky, but expanded slightly on it. I bought my cd storage case from eBay, and I made sure it was a larger one that had 3 bays for hanging the cd pockets - this way it can be arranged the same way as my colour chart.

As you can see, the promarkers fit into the cd suspension pockets perfectly
And this is the case all locked up and ready to be transported anywhere I'm teaching or demo-ing!

(I just want to apologise for the pics, I took them with my phone!)

Fab storage idea - I've seen that on someone else's blog today - love it and might have to 'steal' the idea, lol. Great workspace, too - not too messy but active.

Welcome to WOYWW. You are going to love it here, I'm sure. Creative clutter is what some call it.

I don't have any of those lovely pens, but I sure like your storage idea. Great way to make them portable, too. Happy WOYWW.

Am confused why you think your desk is messy. I can see wood - lots of it! So in my book that makes it tidy!

Love that storage idea and the portability of it is a winner!

Great desk - super Promarker Storage. I use the Letraset Wallets to store mine, but it worked out quite expensive, your storage is much better.

ohooo lovely Promakers!!! and you're the second one using this idea...I have one of those containers, but bigger, filled with DVD'sCd's...so heavy the handle broke off!! It's like buses, nothing comes and then three come along together...like those yellow sticky guns things, counted at least ten! Do I spy a spider web?
sorry I'm late-slow typer
