Before I forget...

Here's some before pics of the bedroom that is being done at the moment. This used to be Scott's room, but when its done it will be the new bedroom for Willow and Faith. This is it after we stripped it...
The plasterer managed to get the wall on the left as you go in the door, the ceiling and the wall with the wardrobe done yesterday
and already today he has done the window wall and the main wall. He's away to make a start on the coving now.
Anyway, back to the business of crafting.... I think I have lost my mojo, nothing seems to be coming together at the moment. I have plenty of great ideas but they don't seem to translate as well as I imagined onto the cards... this card was for my friend in Ibiza, Rachel's son Aiden who is 8 next week...
Image: Surfer Ian from the greetings farm - kindly stamped up for me by Gina, coloured with promarkers; cinnamon for skin, sandstone, cocoa and umber for hair, canary and turquoise for shorts and surfboard, plus I added a papermania shimmer dot to his pendant.
Papers were a freebie in a magazine, I cut the wavy edge with the MS flourish border punch.  Stickers were from my stash and the lettering is papermania diecut cardstock stickers.
See what I mean - its not great is it??
anyway, here's the gorgeous Ian's close-up...
