Passion for Promarkers - Challenge #7 - Cornflower & Cocoa

Well it was my turn to pick the challenge colours this week at Passion for Promarkers and I opted for Cornflower and Cocoa. I absolutely love using browns in my cards and projects but its usually various shades of pink that I tend to use with them so I thought I'd shake it up a bit and use blue instead. One of my other favourite things is to use a sketch - I always think it takes a lot of the hard thinking out of papercrafts and leaves me free to play.
So in order to qualify for the prize draw this week you have to use the promarkers in Cornflower and Cocoa AND you have to use the sketch - check the rules on PfP if you are in any doubt. Here's a quick reminder of my sketch, remember you can rotate or flip it if you wish.
And this week's prize is a pair of stamps; Hawaii Palm Tree and Hawaii Tilda.
these have been very kindly donated by
So, enough of my waffling, on to my project for this week - you may notice I have rotated the sketch and its NOT a card lol
Image: Sitting Gorjuss Girl from Sugar Nellie, coloured with Promarkers: Cornflower for dress and socks - shading is done with China Blue. Cocoa for hair and socks - also used Sandstone and Umber for hair and Umber for shading on socks, Blush for skin
Purse blank is by Creative Imaginations Bare Elements, Papers are Creative Imaginations
Flowers were punched (EK success retro flower) from the same papers and blinged up with stardust sakura pen. Kanban adhesive stone centres.
Jute ribbon from Bunny Zoes Crafts
ribbon from stash
edges of the bag were inked with whispers ink pad
Here's the GG's close up...
